- Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, SLA, Scheduled Jobs, Email Notifications, etc.
- Co-ordination with clients and vendor – For any production/sub-production instance related issues/ queries.
- Integrated ServiceNow with 3rd party applications.
- Understanding of IT service management and the ITIL business process.
- Work with process owners to develop and implement workflow.
- Working on production issues post deployment.
- Create and use update sets to move customizations between systems.
- Work with business users to identify and refine business requirements and workflows.
- Reporting, report scheduling, loading Data Using Import Sets.
