Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Engineering Intern to join our team! In this role, you will be the bridge between our platform and the tech leads and tech recruiters who will use it to screen candidates. You’ll introduce EliteBrains' coding test platform to hiring professionals, build strong professional relationships, and communicate with them to showcase the benefits and unique value of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with tech leads and tech recruiters to introduce and explain the EliteBrains coding test platform.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with hiring professionals, ensuring a positive user experience.
• Communicate effectively with tech leads and recruiters to understand their hiring needs and demonstrate how our platform meets them.
• Collect and report feedback from users to improve our platform and services.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and familiarity with software development and technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with tech leads and recruiters and build relationships.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt quickly to new challenges.
• No previous experience is required; however, any experience as a sales or account manager is a plus.
