Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Engineering Intern to join our team! In this role, you will be the bridge between our platform and the companies that use it to hire and work with contractors - tech leads, recruiters, founders, and HR, operations and finance teams. You’ll show them how EliteBrains covers the full contractor workflow, from skills checks to contracts and payments, build strong professional relationships, and help them see the unique value of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with tech leads, recruiters, founders and HR/ops teams to introduce and explain the EliteBrains platform.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with hiring professionals, ensuring a positive user experience.
• Talk with prospects to understand their hiring needs and show how our platform meets them.
• Run product demos of the full contractor workflow: assess, contract, pay.
• Explain how Contractor of Record works and how it lowers misclassification risk.
• Help prospects compare EliteBrains with alternatives like Deel, Remote and Rippling.
• Qualify inbound leads and guide them to the right next step.
• Collect and report feedback from users to improve our platform and services.

Qualifications

• Based in the US.
• Strong interest and familiarity with software development and technical concepts.
• Interest in remote work, global hiring or how companies work with contractors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospects and build relationships.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt quickly to new challenges.
• No previous experience is required; however, any experience as a sales or account manager is a plus.
• Basic understanding of contracts, compliance or international payments is also a plus.
