Ending up the discovery phase, we present the solution to the stakeholders according to some metrics we took into account like the strategy of the tool for the company, the technology to be utilized, and functionalities supported by the chosen solution. We present the architecture design of the solution with better adaptability according to the business and marketing strategy from Abbott, providing a high level of design of the interaction between platform ecosystem and their interaction between Salesforce and Drupal, being the solution winner after the discovery. As well as settle the basis for the project by providing a high level of backlog and assigning some user stories for the 1st and 2nd sprint.
I started working on the project as Salesforce Architect oversight all the landscape on the implementation throughout defining the data model, supporting the data migration from the previous legacy system via flat files and Data loader template and making sure all the standard and best practices are compliance to build up a solution scalable enough to roll out next countries as per the roll-out plan. Besides, I was in charge of the deployment of the project following the best practices in regards to the deployment strategy that guarantees a smooth roll-out into production.
