I worked for Abbott MasterMama Fielo Implementation for 2 weeks as technical lead, settling the basis of the projects, understanding the solution in place for the client in regard to Fielo, and planning, designing, preparing, and supporting the team in the analysis phase of the project. In the meanwhile, I provided insights in a high level to the project “Creciendo Contigo” which will run in parallel and will be delivered as a new approach to the current loyalty system management. Main activities were, defining user stories to roll out the MasterMama Fielo solution in Abbott countries for CH, PE, EC, and CADR, in addition to understanding the current release management process and setting up the basis of the development org to start up the implementation of the project.
I worked in the discovery phase for a new replacement for the current Fielo implementation in regards to the loyalty management system, main responsibilities were to research solutions in the market that could cover the Abbott needs in regards to gain engagement to the customers, build a comparison scorecard table evaluating the different alternatives either building from scratch or buying them product out-of-thebox ready or mix a mix of both. Ending up the discovery phase, we present the solution to the stakeholders according to some metrics we took into account like the strategy of the tool for the company, the technology to be utilized, and functionalities supported by the chosen solution. We present the architecture design of the solution with better adaptability according to the business and marketing strategy from Abbott, providing a high level of design of the interaction between platform ecosystem and their interaction between Salesforce and Drupal, being the solution winner after the discovery. As well as settle the basis for the project by providing a high level of backlog and assigning some user stories for the 1st and 2nd sprint.
I started working on the project as Salesforce Architect oversight all the landscape on the implementation throughout defining the data model, supporting the data migration from the previous legacy system via flat files and Data loader template and making sure all the standard and best practices are compliance to build up a solution scalable enough to roll out next countries as per the roll-out plan. Besides, I was in charge of the deployment of the project following the best practices in regards to the deployment strategy that guarantees a smooth roll-out into production. To accomplish this goal, we as a team prepare a set of tools, documentation, and testing strategies we aimed for success go-live for the customer engagement project.
