I have been working with software implementation projects since 2012; both for custom applications as well as 3rd party tools. These have shaped my skills in IT project management, project lifecycle, training, change and stakeholder management.

My experience in supply chain management, sales, customer support and training have helped me develop operational process overview for the organisations I work in.

In the past few years I was actively involved in establishing and improving PMO organizations and Project Management practices for the companies I worked for. Communication and training have played a big role in all activities throughout my career.

My complete experience, both corporate and non-corporate, has evolved in an international and multi-cultural environment which has prepared me to work in global teams, in a constantly changing and developing work-environment.
